Coaching & Payment Policies

Everyone needs boundaries in place, which includes business policies. Here’s a run down on how we’ll do business so you get the most out of my services. I believe time is one of our most valuable assets, so I expect us to respect each others time together and making it to sessions on time, or preferably early.


Coaching Relationship

Throughout the working relationship, Jennifer will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the client, and the client agrees to do just that: have the coaching relationship be powerful. If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will communicate that belief and take action to return the power to the coaching relationship.

 

Services

The client will be provided coaching services via Skype unless otherwise specified by the coach. I will call you at the agreed upon time to begin the call. If you do not answer, you are allowed one call back five minutes after the scheduled time or the appointment will be canceled.

The purpose of the coaching sessions is to provide the client with information based on their defined goals and the experience of the coach in various areas of the Goal Setting/Productivity arena.  This service includes, but is not limited to, assessment, brainstorming techniques, identifying action plans, follow-up procedures to maintain client motivation, educating the client as well as asking and answering questions, and tracking progress – before, during and after Coaching sessions.

 

Payment/Fees

The fee for Coaching sessions will be charged upfront [OR on a monthly basis in advance of that month’s session, depend on the package you choose, on a recurring billing cycle]. The fee is payable through PayPal via invoice from transpirelife@gmail.com

Extra Time Between Sessions

If you have questions, a brief update, or want to bounce some ideas around, please contact me via . Please keep these contacts brief. If it seems like it will be better served as session material, I’ll suggest that and invoice an additional $55/hourly rate.

 

Cancellation Policy

Clients maintain the right to cancel payment at any time in advance of the billing date for the next month’s session. Cancellation must be done in writing (either by posted letter to the company address or by email to the following website address: transpirelife@gmail.com and the letter or email must be received before the new billing cycle or you will be charged for that month’s coaching session.

 

Schedule Changes/Vacation/Business Trips

We will choose a regular time for our sessions. This will be your time slot. If something must change temporarily or permanently, I will be happy to work that out with you. If you must reschedule our call, I ask you to give me 24 hours notice or I will need to charge you for the session. In any case, let me know as soon as you are able. I will NOT reschedule no call/no shows. If you have vacation or business trips that will conflict with our sessions, please notify me of these as soon as you have an itinerary and we will discuss when to reschedule. I will do the same with you when I plan trips.

 

Termination

Termination of this agreement may occur at the discretion of the coach when an impasse is reached with the client. As long as the client adheres to the Coaching Success Guidelines and the coach adheres to professional practices and standards, the relationship will continue. The goal is to better your business so all efforts will be made towards that end. Examples of terminable offenses:

  • Lack of payment
  • Lack of adherence to Coaching Success Guidelines
  • Indifference on the part of the client to prescribed session action items

 

Confidentiality

Anything that is said or revealed in the sessions between coach and client is privileged information and will not be disclosed to any outside party. The exception is if the information revealed includes disclosure of illegal, unethical or criminal activities. Also, permission must be given in order to post client testimonials and case studies.

 

Photos & Testimonials

For my own records and to help track your progress, I ask you to take photos before, during and after organizing sessions. At the end of our time together, I’ll ask to use the First, Middle and Last photos taken and your permission to add them on my website (with or without your name).

Results

do not guarantee results. My guidelines that the client must follow through on in order to see any type of change or maintain them. The client agrees, therefore, to hold the coach free of any liability and responsibility for adverse reactions as a result of advice given in the coaching sessions.
