At some point in our lives we can get so stressed out and worry to the point of pushing the people we care for most, away.

I used to keep a personal journal through Middle and High School. For some reason, I haven’t kept one since. And I miss it. It doesn’t matter if you’re a writer or not. It’s important to have a place to be yourself 110% and preferably with pen and paper you can keep completely private.
Until today, I didn’t realize how many different journals I had to keep certain topics separate.
